What Is the Importance of Health and How to Keep Fit?
A--Tom,why haven't you been to school these days?What's wrong with you?
B--I have had a cold,and my head aches terribly.
A--That's too bad,and I am sorry to hear that.Tom,health is of great importance to us all,pay great attention to it.
B--I know.And only we are healthy can we do the things well.A man with bad health would do nothing.
A--Yes.But unfortunately,not everyone knows the importance of health.
B--Yes.But what should we do to keep fit?
A--Well,in my opinion,first of all,we should have a balanced diet,eat less fat and meat and more vegetables and fruit.Secondly,we're supposed to have enough sleep and take regular exercise.
B--That's sounds right.and now I know why I often fall ill.I should not have stayed up at night from quite a long time.

keep health,keep fit,keep slimming.
